Luang Phor Bao Erng is a renowned monk at Wat Yuan Saphan Khao Temple in Bangkok, known for his expertise in magic, meditation, and medicine. Even the royal family sought his help when ill. He was friends with other esteemed monks, frequently exchanging teachings and participating in blessing ceremonies.
Jivaka Komarabhacca was the Buddha’s physician, famed for his medical skills and known as the “King of Medicine.” Thais believe that wearing or worshiping Jivaka can bring health benefits and help with recovery when sick.
During meditation, Luang Phor Bao Erng encountered Jivaka, who taught him medical knowledge and how to create sacred objects. He started making Jivaka amulets in 1956, which became popular and reputed for their effectiveness. These amulets are highly prized by collectors for their excellent reputation.
The front of the Jivaka amulet features his image as the Medicine Buddha. The back has the Tenfold Powerful Symbol from Tibetan Buddhism, believed to protect devotees from disasters and ensure well-being and harmony. This symbol is highly valued in Tibetan culture for its protective properties.

龙婆宝恩是曼谷Wat Yuan Saphan Khao寺的著名僧人，大乘佛教高僧，精通法术、禅定和医术，还涉猎东密佛法和草药学。因寺庙在曼谷，皇室人员生病时常求助于他。他与阿赞仲、火神龙婆奥巴史、龙普多、普净大师等高僧是好友，常交流佛法并参加开光法会。
耆婆鲁士是佛陀的御医，医术高明，被誉为医王或药师。泰国人相信佩戴或供奉耆婆鲁士能带来健康，生病时佩戴能加速痊愈。
龙婆宝恩在禅定中遇见耆婆鲁士，得其传授医学知识和制作圣物的方法。于是，龙婆宝恩在2499年开始制作耆婆佛牌，广受欢迎并有许多灵验事迹。他于2507年圆寂，这些佛牌在泰国高级佛牌圈中口碑极佳，许多收藏家珍藏。
耆婆佛牌正面是耆婆药师法相，背面是藏传时轮宗的十相自在图印，能保护信徒免除灾难，带来吉祥圆满、身心安康。十相自在包括延寿、心静、愿成、行善、自由、财富、解脱、神通、法智和智慧。
藏民视其为全功能符印，常用在唐卡、饰物和贴纸上，保平安健康，辟邪挡灾。
