The temple committee produced this medal to replace the Roon Reak (1st Batch) made in BE2507, which is now out of circulation. The new design features distinct characteristics similar to the first batch medal but is not identical. It was made in the year BE2508 and is hence considered the 2nd Batch medal.
This 2nd Batch medal was produced in the year BE2508, with an estimated production of around 5,000 pieces. It is made of two types of metal:
1. Alpaca and chrome-plated Alpaca, in limited quantity,
2. Red brass with two variants, with and without ring.
