A notable story involves Teeyai, a disciple of Luang Phor Sod. Teeyai reportedly evaded arrest by wearing an amulet and takrut consecrated by Luang Phor Sod. According to the tale, Teeyai was shot at and managed to escape the police. A passerby, recognizing Teeyai, gave him a lift and they passed through a police roadblock without issue. The police only caught Teeyai after he lost the amulet given by Luang Phor Sod.
